
Inversion postures are beneficial for so many conditions. Headaches,
excess body fat, sluggish circulation, overworked heart… to mention a
few. When we tip the body up-side-down, all of the digestive organs are
stimulated and the heart gets a nice massage. The pineal and pituitary
glands are stimulated, slowing down the aging process. However, we
must use caution while practicing these postures. If you have a sore
neck, detached retina or are menstruating, inversion posters are
forbidden!

A great reminder. Just have to comment re: how much I LOVED your DVD. Did it for the first time yesterday morning. It sounds silly, but it’s amazing how much it’s like taking a class with you in person. Living hundreds of miles away, this is seldom an option for me, but through the DVD I got to. So fun.
And, today, I’m pleasantly sore, reminding me I did “good work” yesterday. And I love the sound track–birds and amazing vocals at end.

What a surprise,I opened the DVD and I started listening and watching, as a calm feeling of serenity oozed through my body. There, standing on the screen, Sharon beckoning-take deep breaths,relax, move slowly into your next position.
Need I say anymore, there I was into it and trying to fit in. Well, I did good for the first time and felt those tendons streching. Nice workout.
Will work on balance as police would lock me up even though sober. Enjoy
