
Inversion postures are beneficial for so many conditions. Headaches,
excess body fat, sluggish circulation, overworked heart… to mention a
few. When we tip the body up-side-down, all of the digestive organs are
stimulated and the heart gets a nice massage. The pineal and pituitary
glands are stimulated, slowing down the aging process. However, we
must use caution while practicing these postures. If you have a sore
neck, detached retina or are menstruating, inversion posters are
forbidden!
